Purchase Process

You may select images from the feature, highlights or search pages, all reached through the Portfolio page. The feature page shows a scrolling set of special images to give you an impression of the images within our portfolio. The highlights pages show a wider set of images which have been selected from our larger portfolio. The search engine can be used to select images with certain criteria.

To get more information on a particular image, click on the image. You will be taken to a detail page which gives more information about the image. From the Detail page, you can add a print to your shopping cart by clicking on the Add to Cart button.

Prints added to the shopping cart are put there with a default configuration. For more information on the default configuration, see Using the Default Configuration.

You can add the same print to the shopping cart multiple times. Each print, whether a duplicate of another print or not, is tracked separately in the shopping cart. This is done to allow for duplicate prints to be configured separately.

The shopping cart also displays an estimated total for the prints and shipping. The actual shipping may differ from the amount shown.

Prints are initially configured with a default configuration when first added to the shopping cart. Further changes can be made to the configuration of the print before purchase, including the print size, matting, frame options, glass, and other factors. Please see the Configure Help page for more information.

To configure a print, click on the Change button next to the shopping cart entry corresponding to the thumbnail image you want to change.

Once you have made your changes and applied them, they will appear on the Shopping Cart page for that image.

You can delete entries from your shopping cart by using the Delete button. This will permanently delete the print from the cart. If you instead want to see the effect of removing the print without permanently deleting it, uncheck the Purchase Indicator button. Upon checkout, only prints with the purchase indicator checked will be included in the order.

Once you have selected and configured your prints, you are ready to purchase them. You initiate the check-out process from the Shopping Cart page by clicking on the Check out button at the bottom of the page. You will be sent to the SSL secured Order Info page, where you enter your billing and shipping information. Once we collect your state and zip code, we can determine exact shipping and sales tax cost and the total price of the purchase. When done, use the Continue button. The Order Summary. page will show you the final total. If everything looks ok, use the Continue button to proceed to PayPal to complete your checkout. The PayPal site will collect your credit card information. Please see the Security page for more details on PayPal and security issues.

Once your order has been processed, you will be returned to an Order Confirmation page. Shortly after we receive your order, we will send you the first of two confirmation emails. This email will acknowledge your purchase. If there is a problem, please contact us at immediately.

Orders typically take from two to six weeks to process. A second email will be sent to you when we ship your order.

All prints are packaged with boxes specially designed to ship framed art. They are insured against damage during shipping.

Orders with multiple framed prints are typically shipped separately.

Our method of shipping is FedEx Ground. When we send you the 2nd email, we will also send you the FedEx tracking number. All shipments require a signature verifying receipt of the package(s).

IMPORTANT:Do not discard the packaging until you are satisfied with the print you have received. If you decide to return the print, you will need the original packaging.

It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with your order. If there are any problems, we want to work with you to correct them. If something requires that you return a print, please follow the guidelines below.

IMPORTANT: All returns must have a return authorization number on the outside of the package. Contact us as by e-mail at to get one. Packages received without a Return Authorization number on the outside will not be accepted. You have fourteen(14) days from the time you receive the print to arrange for a return.

Prints that are damaged may be exchanged for the replacement with the same print and configuration without any cost to you. Please contact us via email at before returning an item to us to arrange for shipping instructions. We will not send a replacement until we receive the original damaged goods. Returns should be shipped insured via FedEx ground with a signature required for delivery.

If you receive a print, frame, or mat that you do not like, you can return it by paying the return shipping expenses. You will still need a Return Authorization number on the outside of the package which you can get by contacting us by e-mail at You will be charged a 20% restocking fee, with a upper limit of $50 per print for the restocking fees. The shipment must be insured and undamaged upon return to us. Please use the original packing materials to return the print. You are responsible for any shipping charges and damage incurred during shipping.
